Learning objectives
During this period, I seek to explore innovative approaches to academic and health sciences librarianship. Further, I aspire to deepen my understanding of leadership and change management strategies for libraries operating in rapidly evolving information environments. I also hope to strengthen my capacity to design and implement sustainable library training and outreach programmes that support students, researchers, and faculty. Finally, I expect to build meaningful international networks and collaborations that promote knowledge exchange, professional growth, and innovative library services across regions.
