Helen Emasealu

  1. To learn and acquire leadership and management skills for effective coordination of the human and material resources for the fulfilment of my library’s mission of providing smarter and innovative library services towards attaining the institutions objective of teaching, learning and research.
  2. To hone my communication skills/style that is key to building synergy among staff that fosters positive relations, build connections and confidence thus, promoting trust and organizational growth.
  3. To learn and develop strategies to re-evaluate and re-design the library traditional roles, space, products and services, through the application of emerging smart and intelligent ICT tools for innovative service delivery, to meet users’ increasing information demand, that is fast becoming intractable.
