In this membership I want to develop a long-range vision for my library, which responds to emerging needs, information and institutional.
My goals are personal growth, developing an intelligent career, networking, recognition, knowing the latest advances in technologies and innovation applied to education and to libraries around the world.
I have a continuous learning mentality and I am looking for growth in the stage of my career in which I am currently. The program has given me professional tools with adapted educational experiences, to the needs of each individual that we have formed the group and I have managed to build skills that I believe are necessary to adapt and prosper in a global panorama in constant evolution.
With expert teacher classes and small work groups, I would like to explore various frameworks for academic leadership, using them to evaluate my current strengths and functions and I receive constructive and actionable feedback.
I also believe that meetings with colleagues to complete case studies that address key management and leadership issues will allow me to acquire an expanded repertoire of leadership tools to direct my library into the future.
Finally, visits to different libraries, companies, museums and other universities will immerse me in the reality and exciting possibilities that await us.
A constant search for knowledge offers me benefits beyond professional success. It improves my personal development and my competitiveness, as well as my well-being.
I think I have managed to maximize the impact of the time spent on this learning.
