Donus is an information professional (Librarian) and an Organization Development (OD) consultant. He currently works at Accra Technical University, Accra, Ghana. Previously, he worked as a Librarian and an Associate Consultant in OD at the Organization Development Institute, Accra, Ghana. He holds M.A and MPhil degrees from the University of Ghana, a Master's degree in Organization Development from ODI, University of Cape Coast, and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast.
