HYEREE PYO /

Hello! My name is HyeRee Pyo. I am a librarian at Seoul National University Library in South Korea, where I work at the Information Service Center. My primary responsibilities include circulation services, user support, accessibility services, and the management of various library operations.

Seoul National University is the largest national university in Korea. Our library serves approximately 17,000 undergraduate students, 13,000 graduate students, and more than 6,500 faculty members and researchers. We hold over 5,000,000 printed volumes and provide access to a wide range of electronic resources and databases.

Currently, I focus on user services, accessibility initiatives, and service operations. I am particularly interested in creating inclusive library environments, improving service quality, and finding practical ways to respond to changing user expectations.

I am excited to participate in the Mortenson Associates Program, learn from library professionals around the world, and bring new ideas back to my institution.

  3. Accessibility, Inclusion & Change Management
Gain practical strategies for improving accessibility and inclusion while helping libraries adapt effectively to organizational and technological change.

This page documents my learning journey and reflections throughout the 2026 Mortenson Associates Program.
