I embrace the Mortenson Associate Program because I want to be an effective leader who influences others to improve productivity and outcomes. I look forward to being introduced to core 21st-century leadership skills and benefiting from an expanded professional network. At the end of the program, I should be cognizant of best practices in library services and resources for user engagement and students’ academic success.
