Liya Louis
VCUarts Qatar Libraries

I am dedicated to serving the VCUarts Qatar community by providing assistance in information retrieval and research techniques. I specialize in maintaining the Libraries’ unified resource management system for discoverability and accessibility. Facilitating the collation and compiling of various Library statistical data have been a major part of my responsibilities. My passion is in finding ways to collect qualitative and quantitative data to analyze and provide improved resources and service delivery. Equally, I am keenly interested in how Mortenson Center program provides an opportunity to contribute to the local community. The prospect of engaging with local initiatives, understanding the specific needs and challenges of the libraries of the partner educational institutions , and collaborating on projects that positively impact the community are my key learning objectives.

I invite you to read my personal blog and join me in this journey.
