Tuesday was servicing us with GREAT Service by Zoe Revell. The session brough everything to the drawing board; why the library needs basic, simple yet articulate library operations. customer service.



To successfully foster a positive conducive work environment and enhance productivity and collaboration, one needs to be aware of their personality style. The associates on had a chance to go through the DiSC Assessment in the workplace. We learned that the DiSC assessment is a popular personality assessment tool that categorizes individuals into one of four main behavioral styles: Dominance (D), Influence (i), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
With relevant, relatable examples and stories Your Style as a Leader by, Shirley Stelbrink opened a window; ; peak in & it is whole lot more! relevant examples and relatable stories – giving us a moment to reflect and be in the moment as we explored personality styles; importance acknowledging and utilizing individual team member strengths – powerful tool for understanding.
Shirley took us through Coping with Workplace Change, a profound session that took us through emotions as we prepare and adapt to change.

Ava Wolf – gave a story on ‘The Evolution of Flexible classrooms & Learning Space; a wonderful narrative to teaching and learning approaches emphasizing on collaborative problem-solving and ideation. We ended the day with a hands-on learning and engagement session.
