During the 4th week of the program I mainly learned about machine learning. The things I learned/did are as below.

• Tour: Grainger Engineering Library, Amish Country Home, Arthur Public Library, Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, llinois State Library, Abraham Lincoln House
• SWOT, Acquisitions and e-Resources Management, Library Assessment, Undergraduate Research Services, inc. Information Literacy Issues

What struck me the most this week was about the Amish Community. I am from an island country and not familiar with Amish culture, so I was very surprised at the cultural differences. while listening to Amish stories, I wondered if I could actually live the same life as them, but I thought it would be very tough once I learned how great electricity is.

This program will end next week. I was able to absorb a lot of things, not only about libraries, but also about the interaction with the participants and the American work culture. I believe that I have been able to grow as a person compared to before I participated in this program.
