Meeting with my library buddy on the second day of the Mortenson Center Associates program was nice. We had the opportunity to chat about my dreams and what I personally want to achieve in the short term goals that I have set for my Library at Njala University. It was a fruitful discussion and I am happy to be part of the leadership training.
