OCLC tour in terms of the Sustiainable Development Goals

Last Tuesday, We went to Dublin, OHIO to visit to the OCLC. OCLC is a global library cooperative that provides shared technology services, original research and community programs for its membership and the library community at large.

Their motto is this,

Together we go further, faster.

And what I love the sign was this,

Because what is known must be shared.

They have tried to share something informatively valuable. It is perfectly fitted for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals number 12, Responsible Consumption and Production. We do not have to make our resources again unnecessarily. When we make a one classification, we waste a lot of resources.
